DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION SEMINAR
On the morning of May 17, at the hall 124 Hoang Quoc Viet, VNPT Technology held a seminar on digital transformation in both face-to-face and online form. Attending the seminar were Mr. Tran Huu Quyen - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company; members of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee; VNPT Technology's Board of Directors, member companies ANSV, VIVAS, TELEQ and all company employees...
Speaking at the opening of the seminar, Mr. Tran Huu Quyen - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors expressed his wish that through this workshop, the awareness, ideas and understanding of all employees would be unified to serve for the digital transformation process of VNPT Technology and its member units. This event is part of the company's series of activities towards a more efficient, substantive, and successful digital transformation.
At the seminar, many comments were made around issues such as: Technology infrastructure for digital transformation of management and operation of production and business activities; Transforming the operating model in production and business activities; The human factor in digital transformation; and Plan to implement digital transformation in production and business management activities. Many ideas were also discussed in order to build a clear and highly synchronous orientation; emphasizing the need in training and developing digital skills of employees and digital capabilities of the organization; solutions in implementing the Company's digital transformation program towards efficiency, transparency, substance, and avoiding waste.
Previously, the Company's Party Committee issued thematic Resolution No. 186-NQ/DU dated June 1, 2021 on digital transformation. Many tasks have been implemented in the spirit of the Resolution, at the seminar, some opinions said that the results of implementing the tasks and solutions of Resolution 186-NQ-DU have not been as expected. This situation requires the entire Party Committee of VNPT Technology to innovate its implementation method, be more determined and creative in implementing digital transformation.
Concluding the seminar, Mr. Tran Huu Quyen emphasized the necessity of digital transformation in the management and administration of production and business activities of the Company, through which the Company needs to develop a digital transformation strategy associated with mission, vision and core values of VNPT Technology and its member units. The strategy needs to set specific goals, implementation roadmap and implementation principles to ensure that the strategy implementation process is innovative, effective, substantive, and really creates new value for the organization.
