IMPROVING ADMINISTRATION CAPACITY FOR MIDDLE MANAGERS

The Management Capacity Improvement course for Middle Managers is designed to help managers define their positions and roles, improve their management capacity and strategy implementation skills with specific goals of: Understand the roles and responsibilities of a professional Middle Manager; Acquire leadership role skills and apply leadership styles; Planning skills and organizing subordinates; Staff training skills and Communication and conflict handling skills.
