OPENING VNPT TECHNOLOGY 2022 SPORTS FESTIVAL
Responding to the activities of Workers' Month and Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health, towards the celebration of the Trade Union Congress for the term 2022-2027, on the afternoon of May 6, at VNPT Technology Complex - High-Tech Park Hoa Lac, the company's Trade Union organized the VNPT Technology 2022 Sports Festival with the goal of promoting the sport movement and connecting all employees. Attending the event were Mr. Tran Dinh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Viet Bang - Deputy General Director of the company and representatives of the Executive Board of VNPT Technology Trade Union, member units of ANSV, VIVAS, TELEQ and all athletes attending the sports festival...
On behalf of the company's trade union, Mr. Tran Dinh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Trade Union emphasized that this is one of a series of common activities to improve the health and spirit of employees, building a comprehensively strong unit... Besides, he also welcomed the athletes who participated in the sports festival with a lively spirit, actively supporting and wished the athletes health and spirit of solidarity.
At the ceremony, Mr. Vu Viet Duc - Technical Service Center, VNPT Technology, on behalf of the athletes, expressed determination, strictly abided by the discipline and competition rules, upholding the spirit of "solidarity, self-discipline, trust, honesty, magnanimity”, strive to compete for high achievements and learn from each other.
VNPT Technology 2022 sports festival starts with 5 sports including: football, table tennis, badminton, tug of war and sack jump. In men's football, there will be 8 teams competing from May 6 to May 20.
Table tennis will have two competitions: team (men/women) and men's singles. Badminton will also have two competitions: men's doubles or men's/women's doubles, and men's singles. In tug of war, each team will consist of 10 official athletes: 7 men and 3 women. Teams are divided into 3 groups A, B, C to compete. Finally, in the sport of sack jumping, each official team will also have 7 men and 3 women. The teams will be divided into 2 rounds, each round will choose the 2 teams with the fastest time to complete the competition into the final.
Within the framework of the opening ceremony of the Sports Festival, there was a football match between the Factory Complex team and the Business, Technical service team with the final score of 2-2.
VNPT Technology 2022 Sports Festival is not only an opportunity to exercise but also a useful mental playground for the company's employees. Since then, each person has more strength to contribute on the sustainable development journey of VNPT Technology.
