ONESME ACCOMPANIES WITH SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
The digital transformation platform for enterprises oneSME of Vietnam Post and Telecommunication Group, researched and developed by VNPT Technology is officially chosen for SME DX program by the Ministry of Information and Communications. The information is announced at the Conference to support small and medium-sized enterprises in digital transformation, took place in 24th March 2022 under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Huy Dung at the MIC and online at the bridge points in the provinces/cities.
After more than 11 months of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in digital transformation, the program has selected 23 excellent "Make in Vietnam" digital platforms to announce and introduce to businesses via the website Smedx.vn. The total number of visits on the Smedx.vn portal as of December 31 was more than 220,000 visits, reaching more than 37,000 businesses.
Through oneSME, SMEs can search, choose, shop online and use a variety of telecommunications and digital services such as electronic transactions (with customers and with agencies management), digital infrastructure, unified corporate governance and dozens of specialized management applications in retail, logistics, pharmacy management, hotel management.... In 8 months since its launch, oneSME has had nearly 10,000 customers using the platform, proving its ability to meet the diverse needs of small and medium enterprises in one unified space.
