VNPT TECHNOLOGY AND VTVCAB COLLABORATE STRATEGICALLY TO IMPROVE INFRASTRUCTURE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hanoi, August 11, 2026 - VNPT Technology and VTVcab held a signing ceremony for an MOU on strategic cooperation, aiming to modernize infrastructure, improve service quality, and enhance customer experience for VTVcab.
Attending the ceremony were leaders from both units: Mr Bui Huy Nam – General Director of VTVcab, Mr Vu Quang Tao – Deputy General Director of VTVcab; Mr To Manh Cuong – General Director of VNPT Technology, Ms Dinh Thi Thu Ha – Deputy General Director, Mr Nguyen Viet Bang – Deputy General Director, along with representatives from functional departments of both units.
Modernizing infrastructure – improving service quality
Within the framework of cooperation, VTVcab and VNPT Technology will jointly deploy solutions and equipment for OLT, ONU, Wi-Fi, and Wi-Fi Mesh; research and develop value-added services such as security cameras and Smart Home, integrating them into VTVcab's television-Internet ecosystem.
The two sides will also collaborate on developing integrated management solutions, centralized equipment management, service quality monitoring, remote troubleshooting, and incident diagnosis, contributing to improved operational efficiency and service stability. Combining technological strengths with a customer-centric approach.
The combination of VNPT Technology's technological capabilities and VTVcab's infrastructure, service systems, and customer network is expected to lay the foundation for developing a more comprehensive digital service ecosystem that better meets customers' needs for connectivity, entertainment, and digital conveniences.
Immediately after the signing ceremony, the two sides will establish joint working groups to concretize the cooperation contents into practical programs, solutions, and projects.
