VIVAS COMPANY BOARD OF MEMBERS HELD A MEETING FOR 1ST QUARTER OF 2022
Following the direction of VNPT Technology's Board of members in Resolution No. 853/NQ-HĐQT-KSNB, on April 12 at VNPT Technology Hanoi headquarters, VIVAS's Board of Members held a meeting in the first quarter of the year 2022 to implement the Resolution on the business plan in 2022 and profit distribution in 2021.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Tran Huu Quyen - Chairman of the Board of Directors of VNPT Technology, Chairman of the Board of Members of VIVAS; Mr. To Manh Cuong – Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of VNPT Technology; members of the Members' Council, supervisors, Board of Directors and key officials of VIVAS Company.
At the meeting, VIVAS's Board of Directors reported on production and business results in 2021, expected results in the first quarter of 2022 and solutions to implement the 2022 plan. After that, members of the Board of Members, Supervisors of VIVAS and Mr. To Manh Cuong had some opinions on the implementation of VIVAS's business plan. Accordingly, VIVAS needs to strictly implement the directive of the Party Committee and the Resolution of the Member Council of VNPT Technology on the production and business plan in 2022. Especially, in 2022, VIVAS needs to focus on human resource development, complete the company development strategy, develop new products and have a plan to break through in revenue.
